Mr. Cemre Yilmaz-Akyay is an experienced lawyer specializing in cross-border personal injury cases, inheritance law, debt collection, and real estate disputes. With an international background and extensive knowledge of both Turkish and European law, she provides expert legal assistance to clients facing complex cross-border legal issues.

After completing her studies in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and Türkiye, Cemre began her career as a personal injury lawyer in London and Rotterdam. Following her admission to the bar in Samsun, Türkiye, she established her own law firm in 2022. Her practice focuses primarily on road traffic accidents, medical negligence, and insurance disputes with international aspects.

In addition to representing clients, Cemre regularly advises foreign law firms on Turkish law. She provides pre-trial guidance, prepares expert reports, and serves as an expert witness in foreign courts.
